Look at the picture. You can see a deer. This male has large branching antlers. Its big upright ears turn to every sound. The elongated muzzle ends with a dark nose. Its coat is thick and tawny. The long strong neck carries the head high. Slender legs stand on cloven hooves. A short moving tail helps signal danger. There is a pale rump patch near the tail.
