Some people think that teens are ill-bread, misbehaved and absolutely horrible, whereas others think that it is not true. They believe that modern youth is well-bread, hardworking and polite.

I think that teens nowadays are not that bad as they seem. First of all, they have a lot of lessons at school and plenty of homework. Second, many of them have a great deal of home duties because their parents work all days long. In addition, the standards of politeness and well-behavior are also different now. Many things that were considered rude 50 years ago are not rude anymore.

At the same time there are people who say that it is really hard to talk with modern teens. They talk back and never listen to grown-ups. They are totally merged in playing their computer games.

Well, some of teens fall into the trap of gaming, some might get angry at the whole world and behave crazily. However, these teens are more acxeption than the rule. Modern teens might seem ill-bred but if one digs deeper they can see another picture. Those showing temper traces of their characters are just symptoms of growing up that will be gone soon. 

In conclusion, I would like to say that the life of teenagers is not easy nowadays. There are many more temptations now than young people had before. Nevertheless, it is really surprising and pleasing how this generation is dealing with them. All this gives me a reason to believe that modern youth is much better than they might seem.

In conclusion, I would like to say that there are opposing views on this issue. At first sight modern teens might seem horrible but in actual fact they are really hardworking, polite and caring. Thus, I believe that all those bad opinions about youngsters are just a slander.
