It goes without saying that pets are a very important part of people’s lives. Having pets provides people with a lot of positive emotions and as a result it improves their health. The current project focuses on types of pets people like to take care of.

The information provided in this bar chart is about different pets that people like to live with. As it is evident from the chart the majority of people, accounting for more than two quarters, keep cats and dogs. The next popular types are birds and hamsters. The figures are 45% and 40% respectively. The chart plainly indicates that just only a few people keep snails, only 10%.

The chart clearly illustrates that a lot of people keep dogs. It might cause a problem with walking them nowadays. (проблема). If government runs a lockdown because of the coronavirus, people might endanger their health by walking their dogs. One of the probable solutions to this problem is to wear masks and not to gather with other dog owners. (решение проблемы). Thus, following such rules one can avoid of getting infected. To sum up, having pets is a good way to relax and have a lot of fun. In my personal opinion, positive emotions that result from communicating and taking care of pets improve people’s health. Although keeping pets is fun, it requires a lot of responsibility, especially for those that need to be walked daily. Also, it was proven by scientists that having a pet at home reduces the possibility of a heart attack, calms people minds, and make their lives more cheerful. (дать пояснение, почему я так думаю)
