    Many teenagers enjoy playing computer games. Some people, however, believe that teenagers should spend their free time doing more physical activities.

Some people think that instead of playing computer games teenagers should spend their free time on physical activities.

I think that there is nothing wrong with playing computer games. First of all, some of them are educational, others are interactive and they are all a lot of fun. However, one should not spend too much time playing them. Sitting in a chair for hours is not healthy. That is why outdoor activities are so important, and they are no less fun. There should be a healthy balance between the two.

At the same time there are people who believe teenagers should spend more time doing physical activities. They think that playing computer games is nothing but a waste of time and it is far more important for them to develop physically.

In my opinion these people have a point. Some teenagers just do not know when to stop and keep on playing for hours in a row, forgetting to eat or sleep, let alone do physical activities. However, I think that playing computer games is not a bad thing in itself. People just need to learn to not over do it. If one is disciplined, one can do both: play computer games with no harm to one’s health and do physical activities. It does not have to be all one and not the other.

In conclusion, I would like to say that computer games have become a part of our lives. However, we should make sure they do not become our lives. Physical activities are very important if we want to be healthy and strong, we should become disciplined enough to make both of them a part of our daily routine.
