The Death and Resurrection of Jesus

Jesus died for the sins of the world and rose again on the third day.

Jesus Christ lived a sinless life, taught people about truth and love, healed, and forgave. Yet He was crucified, even though He was innocent.

Through His death, He took on the sins of the whole world. On the third day, Jesus rose from the dead, defeating death and opening the way to eternal life for everyone who believes in Him.
