Introduction

Personally, I think students need to live in dormitories until the end of their first year in a university.

Example 1

First, it maintains the desire for studying. I have no experience of living in a dorm but one of my friends told me that when he got depressed and did not want to study.  Seeing his friends studying diligently motivated him to continue studying.

Example 2

Second, it inspires creativity. When people that study together live together they talk about their future profession more and some new and creative thoughts can result from it. The idea of Apple Computer's founder, Steve Jobs, came to him when he lived in his university dormitory.

Conclusion

So that’s why I think that living in a university dormitory during your first year is better.
