I think that sewing or knitting might be a lot of fun. First, you will have a pretty garment that nobody else has. It will emphasize your individuality. Second, the process itself is quite meditative. It calms people’s nerves. It’s also going to be cheaper as nowadays good things are quite expensive.

At the same time there are people who say that it’s easier to order things on-line and have them delivered to you in a few days. The choices are plentiful and the quality is good.

In my opinion ordering things on-line has one major disadvantage: you never know if the thing will fit you or not. If it doesn’t fit you’ll have to send it back, which means spending more time and money. Also things don’t always look the same when you get them as they do in the pictures online.

In conclusion I’d like to say that sewing and knitting clothes might give you a lot of satisfaction provided you know how to do it well. It could save you plenty of money as well. At the same time, as it requires particular skill and patience, not everybody can do it. If you treat it as a creative process you might really like it.
