Some people think that having a computer at home will help children get a better education. Life today cannot be imagined without technology and computers. Computers today play an important role in education too. Whereas others think that computers make people depended on them and it’s not good.

In my opinion, computers at home help children get a better education. Computers help them do homework, write compositions, learn interesting things. Attaching a printer, children can also print out their lessons or save them to an external drive. Using the Internet on computer opens up a whole new world of information to them that further helps them immensely to get a better education.

But some people think that computers at home don’t help children to get a better education since they waste time playing games on them and books alone should be used for education.

I don’t agree with this, because children now use the Internet and search a lot of useful information with references. They can make good use of different possibilities to collect and keep this information.

Concluding from the above, computers are essential aspect of today’s education and just as they are used in classrooms, they should also be used at homes to get a better education for children.
