Introduction

 

Personally, I think that dieting is better.

 

Example 1

 

First, if you compare how many calories you burn by exercising and how many calories you gain by eating, say, a cake you will be really surprised. In order to burn 5 pancakes’ worth of calories you will have to workout for a few hours.

 

Example 2

 

Second, one of my friends wanted to lose some weight and started going to a gym. Despite all his efforts he could not lose a kilogram. Then he went on a diet and lost 7 kilograms in a month. He kept exercising but I think that the change in his diet was more important.

 

Conclusion

 

So that’s why I think that going on a diet is better.
