It is said to be tasteless and cooked badly, so the idea that Britain has some of the best restaurants in the world

There are now many excellent restaurants serving high quality dishes that have been very skillfully prepared.  There has been a huge rise in the popularity of traditional British dishes.

So, the next time you get a chance, be adventurous and try some real British food. You just might find that it no longer deserves its terrible reputation.
