I think that a good workout, meditation or sleeping pills could help a person fall asleep.


Example 1


First, once I had a problem falling asleep. I started going to my gym and working out really hard. After I came back home I would just fall asleep really fast. It solved the problem for me.


Example 2


Second, one of my friends had a lot of stress at work and he started meditating. After a week of meditation he could sleep well. Also, my grandma has a big problem falling asleep so, she takes perscription sleeping pills. It works just fine for her.




So, at least one of these three methods should help people fall asleep more easily.
