For centuries people have been inventing things to make life easier. Among the greatest inventions of the present are robots. Some people believe that all jobs will be done by robots, whereas others disagree. They think that no machine can replace humans in working areas.

My personal view on this point is that robots will never replace people in all jobs. First of all, there are a lot of different jobs that robots cannot do. For example, robots cannot work as psychologists or paramedics. People of these professions should help other people emotionally. Secondly, robots do not have independent thinking. Moreover, robots may break at any time.

However, some people think that robots will take over all working places. To begin with, machines can work more productively than human beings. Nowadays employers turn to robots because they perform higher quality work than humans. One should not ignore the fact that robots do not have to be paid for their work.

I cannot agree with the point of view mentioned above. There are jobs where people's productivity is lower since sometimes people cannot make fast decisions. At the same time, altough robots do not get salary, the costs of developing and manufacturing them are significant.

In conclusion, I would like to say there are opposing views on this issue. At first sight robots seem to be perfect workers, but in actual fact they are inferior to people in many fields and cannot completely replace them. Thus, I do not support the idea that they will replace people.
