About Andrey Mironov
Andrei Aleksandrovich Mironov was a Soviet actor of theater and cinema. Andrey was born on March 7, 1941 in Moscow, into the family of famous music-hall artist (1) Alexander and Maria.
Andrew was born almost on stage. The contractions (2) began during the performance. His parents wrote the date of his birth - on March, 8th in honor of (3) the female holiday.
Mironov grew up in a creative actors' family, where legendary people were frequent (4) guests, like Faina Ranevskaya, Leonid Utesov and writers Valentin Kataev and Mikhail Zoshchenko.
Theater attracted (5) Andrei from his early childhood. In the 7th grade (6), he made his debut in a school play. Later, he participated (7) in the theatrical studio at the Central Children's Theater.
After graduation, Andrei entered the Theatrical Institute (Moscow Shchukin School), which he graduated from in 1962. After graduation he was admitted (8) into the Moscow Theater of Satire, where he worked until he was 25.
Despite (9) his short life (46 years), he made a brilliant career both in theater and cinema. His first film was called "What If This Is Love". The play "Profitable Place" which became a notable (10) theatrical event and brought him great popularity.
In 1965, Eldar Ryazanov invited him to take part in the comedy "Beware of the Car" Dima Semitsvetov's role in this film was widely noticed. After that the proposals (11) to star in different movies started coming to Andrey one after another.
The most favorite of Andrey’s roles was in the film "The Diamond Arm". Here he made his debut as a singer (song "The Island of Bad luck"). His singing talent was used repeatedly (12) by different directors that started inviting him to musical roles like “The Straw Hat”, “The 12 Chairs” etc. His last movie role was in the film "A Man from the Boulevard des Capucines".
In 1987, during a tour in Riga in the play "Crazy Day, or The Marriage of Figaro" without finishing the last scene (13), Andrei lost consciousness (14) and was taken to a hospital where the doctors fought for his life for two days. He died without regaining (15) consciousness from a brain (16) hemorrhage (17).
Andrei Mironov was married twice. His first wife was actress Ekaterina Gradova. In this marriage they had a daughter Maria. His second wife was actress Larisa Golubkina.
